Pakistan getting mogged by Bangladesh in pace friendly conditions is not something I ever expected to see, but full credit to the Banglabros, I'm genuinely looking forward to this team touring NZ again.

WI is not going to be an easy series either for Pakistan. They have a terrible record in WI and have only 1 series win there in their entire history.
WI have drawn last two series 1-1 both at home and away vs Pak.
Alzaari Shamar and Seales would be a much tougher pace attack for these guys to deal with than the BD one.

They should pick Ali Raza for that test series in WI, he is not an out and out express pacer but he can bowl North of 140-144ks in T20 not sure about test cricket. He is clearly their one last hope.
Ihsanullah lost his pace post the injury and I doubt we will ever see him.
Ubaid Shah should be playing FC cricket. He has pace but is slower than Ali Raza and lesser skilled. His brother Naseem was far more quick and even he tapered off and is now mostly medium fast to fast medium on a good day.

Fwiw Pak should really have won that one but for some unforgivably soft dismissals by their top 7 in both innings, just gifting us their wickets. They could easily have had a first innings lead.
Overall I'm surprised at how bad they are. They not only lack actual quality but they also consistently do sloppy things in all three facets that give away the advantage in crucial moments. Or to put it another way, it was like playing against Bangladesh.
As for us - I think we basically played at something close to our best capacity and it was satisfying winning this after losing a home test to Zimbabwe and then getting thrashed at home by South Africa like it's still about 2004.

Pakistan does not know whats it best team is. Always going to struggle if there is no stability in selection.

Felt like BD batters mostly threw their wickets away rather than Pakistani medium Pacers having anything to do with it.
BD Pacers otoh had to earn the wickets of Pakistani batters.
Overall the BD bowling line up was the ultimate difference between two teams
BD batsmen just about did enough Litton and Rahim carried the middle order mostly rest of the batting looks inferior than that of Pak

This test is lot closer then it looks on paper. It took pretty special knock from litton kumar das to win for you guys. Anyway bd right now are pretty good test team and if india don't win in sl in August bd should rated as best asian test team
