Good chance he gets out early today given the hype.

Orange cap leaderboard needs a rethink though. They need to factor in strike rates. 600-650 runs at 160 SR is nothing compared to similar tallies at 200+ SR. A simple solution is to multiply runs by strike rate (divided by 100).

600 runs * 200/100 SR = 1200 points
600 runs * 160/100 SR = 960 points

Sorry these accumulaters don't deserve to be in the conversation. Only Abhishek, Ishan and possibly Rahul should be near the top.

In T20s it doesn't truly matter whether it's a 80, 90 or a 100. Strike rate being high is key, as balls are limited. Sanju Samson got 97*, 89, 89 and won the T20 World Cup. If this was a one day game, Sooryavanshi wouldn't have played that shot and got his hundred without risk.

GT's bowling was top class today. They clearly had planned meticulously and executed equally well majority of the innings. Pitch wasn't that easy (unlike previous game). So 214 could be enough, especially if Archer starts well.

Atrocious start from RR. Already 10 extras. A number of freebies. A dropped catch. No wonder a team like GT is going at 12 per over.

Whatever it takes!!!
RCB have been the best and most balanced side in the competition. GT perhaps second. Fitting they meet in the finals again but barring pitch shenanigans, RCB should beat GT.

Gill is so good and should be the best batsman in the world within 12 months in any format
India would be gutted if both Gill and Jaiswal don't end up being their mainstays for next 10 years at least in their test side.
Rest of the batting talent seems to be more T20 inclined. They may find some players who can contribute perhaps that Jurel is also a technically good player

He looks a million dollars when he gets going but he has not risen up to big challenges. Except the last England test series there are very few highlights from his international career so far.
