As the title suggests. Who got stuck at back of a length, looking pretty beating the bat yet toothless.

Mohamad shami and jasprit bumrah in england both shami(in 18&21) and bumrah (21&25) beat the bat so many times that had pitches bit fuller would have had plenty of wickets

Reading the tittle name that came on my mind is javagal srinath. Srinath bowled too short esp overseas. Had he bowled bit fuller at stumps with his pace would got 100 more wickets and averaged 4-5 point lower

Awkward to mention him but Shami, was a very good bowler but would've been even better if he pitched it up more consistently.

Notable mentions Siddle and Hilfenhaus (their short **** bowling machine tripe in 10/11 is still traumatic). Flintoff is also a good call
