"Sunny Jim" Mackay or RJA Massie perhaps even the ill-fated prodigy Karl Schneider?
MacKay vs Venuto vs Gehan Mendis was very close to me. Massie was unlucky, but the bowler's especially the spinner's berth is just too heavily contested, with the likes of Baloo, Goel, Shivalkar, Kourie, Hobson, Keelart etc missing out and ultimately Sydney Smith getting the nod for his allround abilities. I actually had Sathasivam<Doescharte<Schneider<McEwan, so I would have voted for him had Ten Do made it over Hussey.

The bowlers you are referring to Capt are all spinners but Jack Massie, being left-arm fast-medium,would be competing for a pace-bowling slot. However, the the competition is just as tough in that discipline.
I would have definitely plumped for Frank Tarrant as SLA all-rounder but, again, personal feelings and choice deem otherwise for you.

One other consideration for NT keeper who wasn't previously mentioned----David Hunter, the 19th century Yorkshire stumper.Very highly thought of by his contempories.Ray Jennings was far better with the bat though as well as having the reputation of being superb behind the stumps

Oh Sorry, you are right. I actually mixed up Jack Massie with Jack Walsh...... But still yeah, the bowling competition was through the roof. I really wanted Keelart and Baloo to get in, but sigh.
Re Tarrant, I agree he deserved a place. I infact voted for him initially over Le Roux. Then I felt that the batting is really quite deep and the team needs one really fast bowler, as both the other pacers, VvDB and King weren't really known for their pace.
Hunter is a good shout. Again, the keeping had quite a few nominees, but Jennings was just so fabulous!! Infact, he is the best I have seen on record Ever.

I never saw Ray Jennings but he was highly rated.I'll obviously accept your view of him especially as keeping ability, unlike batting and bowling, can't be measured through statistics and you actually saw him keep.
Now,having seen the video I see what you mean.Brilliant!
