Tremlett ruled out of India tour

Seam bowling prospect, Chris Tremlett is set to miss England’s upcoming tour of India due to injury. The Hampshire pacer was ruled out of England’s tour of Pakistan late last year to accomodate surgery on his right hip and knee. While it was hoped he would be fit in time for the series in India, recent reports state otherwise.

Tremlett is expected to be fit in time for the start of the English County season, in April, ahead of series against the touring Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
