Thought it was 36.2 as stated by someone else. 20 Overs is probably for DL minimum.
Yeah, it must be more than 20. Yesterday cricinfo article said that WI have to win with about 71 balls to spare but that depends on exact Target they chase.

Given the position they are in, as long as it is a game (20 overs), Windies will get it before 36 overs. So really 20 overs was the key moment.
