OMG! unbelievable.
Most umpires get 80-90% of their decisions right.

Bradman had an average, Dar doesn't have even have any as of now (infinite reviews per overturned decision) ;)

That is such an impressive record. If only we had more umpires like Dar. He doesn't create a scene, he is firm with the players, and he makes bloody good decisions.

Woah thats amazing. Anyone have the stats for the rest of the umps? Have a feeling a couple of the 'elite' weren't all that good.

Aleem Dar is a brilliant umpire, probably the best in the world. Taufel's a close second though. How many did he have overturned? Just the one in the final?

The two umpires with the poorest review records were Asoka de Silva (five out of eight appeals upheld), and Daryl Harper (seven out of 14). :)
Asoka also managed to uphold an lbw striking a batsman outside the line of off, despite asking the 3rd umpire to check whether it hit bat or pad first.

If you're asking that question, then it's pretty obvious that the batsman is playing a shot.

Height of incompetence.

Wonder where the 57 figure originally came from, should've twigged that it was way too high. Quite a few places reporting it as fact now. Still, 14/14 is impressive enough.
