Hilariously bad field. Only 3 men on the onside, no deep midwicket to Shane Watson early in his innings against spin?

Good move to get spin into the attack early on against Watson and Haddin but not when you have 3 on the onside and Dartman bowls flat into your pads. Terrible from Afridi.

Bad blow for Pakistan if Gul is out. I hope it's just a niggle he can work through.

Hope Gul is ok. I don't know why every Pakistan player must crowd around him now.

Gul in trouble. Looks like he did the damage sliding in the field the previous over. Bad news for Pakistan.

    EDIT: Looks like he's ok.

Will be cheering for Davison surely, since I rather Bagai not face him in the quarters.

Cricinfo - That's Pakistan's 16th review in the tournament, and they've only been successful with four!

Each replay makes that shot look worse and worse.

Ponting looks so scratchy. Barely getting bat on ball.

I don't think I can ever recall Australia having an opener who has divided my opinion as much as Haddin. Some days I love his approach when he is spanking deliveries over mid-on. Then you get today with ball after ball defended off the front foot with no attitude of looking for a run.

Again looks another circumspect start from Australia, few shots being played in the last couple of overs. Really not sure about Haddin's role, very little pro-activity against the slow bowlers, not able to work it around, both he and Watson play more shots in Test cricket.
