Ryan ten Doeschate wants to play for South Africa doesn't he ? He'd want to put in a special performance tomorrow to catch the eye of the South African selectors.

van Bunge to Gibbs, SIX, Violence! Gibbs charged down the track and hoicked it over long on.
29.2
van Bunge to Gibbs, SIX, Murder! Floated on the leg and middle stump line and Gibbs sends it soaring over long-off.
29.3
van Bunge to Gibbs, SIX, Carnage! Flatter one this time but it makes no difference to Gibbs. He just stands there and delivers. This one also has been sucked over long off
29.4
van Bunge to Gibbs, SIX, Wah Wah! Low full toss and guess where this went Yep. A slap slog and it went over deep midwicket! He is going to go for 6 sixes in this over!
29.5
van Bunge to Gibbs, SIX, Short in length, on the off stump line and Gibbs rocks back and swat-pulls it over wide long off. SImply amazing. What a batsman. This is pure violence!
29.6
van Bunge to Gibbs, SIX, He has done it! One-day record. No one has hit six sixes in a row. GIbbs stands alone in that zone. And the minnow bashing continues! Full and outside off and bludgeoned over deep midwicket

I predicted SA would be top of the Group after the match tomorrow...and that will happen.
SA born batsmen to score a 100 in the Ind Eng match - Check
Ind Eng match tied - Check
SA to top Group B by tommorow night.

Rest Steyn (despite Mohali pitch) and Duminy (despite a long tail) in light of today's Eng-Ire result?

According to Yahoo Weather its currently raining in Mohali and there is 70% chance of precipitation throughout the day. Are there reserved days for group games? Though the forecast for tomorrow isn't much better.

He said he wanted to during the 2007 WC but from what I've read during this WC, he said that opportunity has now gone partially due to him blossoming so late as a cricketer. RTD turns 31 this summer and it’s only in exceptional circumstances (see Imran Tahir) that South Africa debut 30+ year olds. Just not there thing.

Well play will start on time. Nice empty concrete stadium. Dutch wanna bowl first, not sure why unless they fancy chasing something huge. Morne van Wyk in for Botha. Very interesting...

Saffies vs. Netherlands in the middle of a working day, I'd definitely go see that.

That being said Mohali don't really bring crowds in anyway, even when India are playing.

Like the balance of SA's team today a lot better but I just can't come to terms with Robbie P being preferred to Botha.

Smith's torturous innings comes to an end. Though the fact Hash is struggling to get the ball off the square may suggest this isn't a road.

Low scoring match, bowler friendly conditions in Mohali. Mostly Cloudy/13 degree Celsius/Windy @ 3MPH/Green pitch.

This has the signs of a good contest. South Africa very careful in approaching this innings. Amla looks set for a big ton though.

Good that they opted for an extra batsman tbh. 250 should be defendable.

The crowd for that awesome India-Australia Test was disgusting.
