Eco rate would be preferable, but Styris and Oram would be the best so far. Sanath up there too.

Collingwood's bowling hasn't really been good enough to qualify him IMO. Styris by far at this stage although, realistically, New Zealand haven't played Australia, South Africa or Sri Lanka yet, so that could well change.

Yes, he really "excels" at bowling.

It's debatable whether he even "excels" at batting, as you are using the term very lightly.

Collingwood's bowling is more than a little overrated.

Collingwood is a good bowler when it's damp and cold, and nibbling around a bit, but fairly useless when it comes to flatter tracks. Kallis is a hell of a better bowler than Collingwood though.

You're really going to have to try harder than that.

Haha, a name with no caps! Never thought I'd see the day. The location matches much better, mind.

Collingwood is perfectly acceptable on most pitches nowadays. His ER is dropping all the time, I'm sure if you looked at his bowling record just for the past two-three years it would be pretty decent for a batsman who bowls a fair bit in ODIs. Kallis is more of a 'proper bowler' but he's only marginally better than Collingwood nowadays.
