The most balanced bowling attack at the WC.

Kiwi's have won against WI, so the claim about not being testing against a good batting side is bogus.

Bond dosn't get the ball over 150 kph much anymore and his speed generally is around 142 kph most deliveries. I havn't seen any matches of this world cup yet ( ) but dont think his stats have been affected greatly if at all by him possibly bowling slower.

imo, Styris is a useful ODI bowler while Dilshan and Symonds are complete crap. I dunno what this adds to the thread exactly, just an observation- perhaps about the strength of the 5th or 6th bowler. imo Symonds is horribly overrated as an ODI all-rounder cos his bowling is really pretty dreadful.

I can't believe someone said Dilhara Fernando was a class above anyone btw

With Tait in the side one would have to say Aussies have done well to have their total number of wides to only 69.

I guess Taito might have bowled 50 of those 69 wides. But then thats how Taito bowls.

Its not really that suprising, you'll notice he pretty much posts on every thread regardless of whether he's informed or not, often just playing devil's advocate for the sake of it.

I think he takes pride in his post stats just quietly, I might be wrong

You are very, very wrong. I post on lots of threads because, unlike so many simple-minded one-dimensional people I actually take an interest in cricket all around The World, not just involving my own country.

If I'm not informed, I don't post on the matter other than to occasionally say "that's very interesting" having just become more informed than I had been previously.

I wouldn't get too concerned, Its only what myself and a few others think. I'm sure we are a minority.

Yet funnily enough, not that many people actually have the courage to say such a thing... the few that do usually end-up having a decent heart-to-heart with me about it, and the problems are worked through.
