I personally would put India as 3rd favourites at $3.00 myself .
Pakistan's Odds obviously have gone long due to their loss in opening game, but one feels as Tournament progresses a reversal of their odds ie shortening may occur , IMO.
Why?
Because they are 3rd favourites IMO, if not equal second favourites .
I personally think SL 's 3rd favouritism is a bit exaggerated ... given no meaningful World Cup game has yet to take place between genuine contenders...(ie top 8)

Where's Pakistan?
I'll probably put a few on England. Can't believe they have such crap odds. This is one of the best English teams in some time - I think they're a better team than WI, Pak and Ind in this WC.
Not sure about that Evermind. I've seen plenty of better English sides. The bowling looks a bit suspect to me
