    World Cup Winners : Australia
    Biggest "big 8" flop: Pakistan
Top run scorer: Mike "Mr Cricket" Hussey
Best strike rate : Justin Kemp
Highest score: Ganguly ("rabbit-killer" batters Bermuda)
    Most wickets : Murali
Best economy rate :Shaun "scrooge" Pollock
Best bowling figures: Murali (Bermuda won't have a clue against him)
Best emerging player: Paul Nix....no, seriously Ross Taylor
Most disappointing player:Lara (host nation pressure takes its toll)
Surprise Package: England or NZ (and Dwayne Leverock might run a batsman out...that WOULD be a surprise!)
Biggest Dissapointment: Hope i'm wrong...WI failing to do themselves justice (like SA in 2003, England in 1999 etc)
Semi-Finalists : Australia, SA, India and SL (England or NZ next best chance)
Ian Botham, Freddie Flintoff, Kevin Pietersen, Brian Laudrup, Gazza and Daniela Hantuchova....a fan of you all FOREVER!!!
Can't wait to see Australia field a crap leg-spinner like Hollland or Hohns again.....
Congratulations to Daniela Hantuchova on her 3rd career title....
Bob Woolmer 1948-2007..farewell to the best coach England never had...
    Arise Sir Beefy....
Pugh, Pugh, Barney McGrew, Cuthbert, Dibble, Grubb...

You'd predict England to reach the semi-finals ahead of the West Indies? Surely the West Indies isn't that bad a team...
Sreesanth said, "Next ball he was beaten and I said, 'is this the King Charles Lara? Who is this impostor, moving around nervously? I should have kept my mouth shut for the next ball - mind you, it was a length ball - Lara just pulled it over the church beyond the boundary! He is a true legend."

I'm not saying WI are a bad team, I just doubt if they can cope with "host nation pressure". Australia (1992) and SA (2003) IMO were beter teams than the current WI team and they flopped at home (as did England in 1999 but that wasn't host nation pressure - that was a crap team!) Sometimes its the "junior" host nation - NZ (1992), SL(1996) and Zimbabwe(2003) who do better sice there wasn't as much pressure on them.

So... you'd predict England to reach the semi-finals ahead of the West Indies? Bold call.
