Still they seem to be on bad form.Also Andrew Symonds injury and Brett Lee.We don't actually know when they will be back.

I concur.

I don't really think we can rule out anyone winning barring the non test-playing nations and Bangladesh - let alone the favourites.

They may not win, and they may not even be favourites by the time it starts, to be actually rule them out would be completely ridiculous.
