Neither are Fleming or Vincent (apparently), and add to that probably the whole Bermuda team. None of them will really be an opener.

No coincidence that Fleming (and most other non-openers tried there - Hemp included) have failed when tried as openers.

You've got that wrong.

The whole of the Bermuda team will basically be an opener.

Is Hemp definitely going to play? Bermuda would be a lot stronger with him, but he didn't feature in the series with Canada and Zimbabwe.

Of course he didn't, he was paid by Glamorgan! Haven't seen anything preventing him from playing in the World Cup though.
