Australia have gone off the beaten track a little..they're now 64/3 after 15 overs

It seems NZ & India have made the safest starts

England are doing well, they've taken 4 wickets for 53 against their opposition.

NZ & Ind after the best starts, have both slumped.

NZ: 88/4
Ind: 100/3
Pakistan have also slumped to 115/4 so there are a few interesting trends going on.

Canada are getting absolutely hammered by Northerns, I reckon the likes of Gibbs, Gayle, Jayasuriya & Astle in Group B have a really big chance to get a double against them.

Yeah thats a very good score by the West Indies, so it seems their batting is firing on all cylinders at the moment.

I guess they'll be disappointed that they didn't bowl Griqualand out because they're not the strongest batting side.

Y'know a desperado supporter when they reckon a win against the 3rd grade junior school boys from Griuqland or whatever is a sign the Windies batting is firing.

Bring on the real game!

Um...no. The West Indies have been in barely any form recently right? Convincingly winning their two warm-ups and beating India 4-3 in India and sweeping Bangladesh, barely missing out on the semis in the CT and beating NZ convincingly 3-1 over the last year. Yep. They've struggled and the batsmen are clearly out of form. How did they ever score anything against those schoolboys anyway?
