Will be looking forward for this series, though Ganguly should easily win matches for India.

How's this official? I haven't heard anything from Liam or Hakon in regards to it.

It involves two teams each from two different pools, that was first organised a while back.

Stop gap measures. This series will bridge the gap between now and the season, when the World Cricket system is revamped. Fear not. The sky is not falling.

I'll do the squads due to the fact Rodgie is useless. Free to change them if you want.

Sri Lanka drop Atapattu for Warnapura:

DPMD Jayawardene (c), RP Arnold, CM Bandara, TM Dilshan, CRD Fernando, ST Jayasuriya, KMDN Kulasekara, MF Maharoof, SL Malinga, M Muralitharan, KC Sangakkara, LPC Silva, WU Tharanga, WPUJC Vaas, BSM Warnapura

Bangladesh go unchanged from successful World Cup squad:

Habibul Bashar (c), Shahriar Nafees, Abdur Razzak, Aftab Ahmed, Javed Omar, Mashrafe Mortaza, Mohammad Ashraful, Mohammad Rafique, Mushfiqur Rahim, Rajin Saleh, Saqibul Hasan, Shahadat Hossain, Syed Rasel, Tamim Iqbal, Farhad Reza
