good point, yeh im pretty bored with asking anywhows, when a team will come , it ll come its all good, anyhows, the more experience i get now the less mistakes ill make when i get my team

Don't see how you can get experience if you're not actually managing a team!

Besides that, there's no guarantee that you're at the top of the list of replacements.
