Pakistan looking good for the semis atleast, but I think the Bangladeshis have an outside chance. If they beat SL (not impossible) and Pakistan have a bad day (very possible now since they have pretty much qualified),

Still my predictions:

Pakistan v New Zealand
South Africa v Sri Lanka

Final
New Zealand v Sri Lanka

Pakistan aren't quite technically through yet, it's possible Bangladesh and Australia could finish on 2 wins along with Pakistan and knock them out on NRR. Although the chances of that happening are tiny.

Anyway I'm expecting an Australia v Pakistan final, with Australia giving Pakistan a thrashing.

After the SL win over BD, Pakistan becomes the first team to make it to the semis. I would bet on South Africa, New Zealand and Australia joining them with a possible upset coming from Sri Lanka.

Interesting that SL have an uphill battle to make the semis. They were looking so good.

The way theyve been playing in the earlier stages you'd expect it would be Pakistan that would have to beat aus. And while SL are very, very good, must wins against Australia isn't exactly what SL would have been hoping for.

Murali a factor in this, imagine where SL would be sitting if he was playing.

I am sure he has a very comfortable seat in his house watching all this in SL.

Pakistan look like they will top Group F (as I cannot see them losing to Bangladesh) and NZ look set to Top Group E.

So it would seem Semifinal 1 - South Africa (E2) v Pakistan (F1) and Semifinal 2 - NZ (E1) v Australia (F2) .
