I'd be wary if I was India, I really think they're going to get slaughtered by Pakistan. They've got some very good Twenty20 batsmen in their ranks, a very intimidating lineup capable of destoying bowling attacks. Given the lack of practice for India, I think it could well be a disaster for them.

Friday (ie Saturday morning NZ time for me) seems to be the best night of 20/20 with India Pakistan and Australia v England on the cards.

I actually get a funny feeling that India will do well in this competition... Can't really say why though, because logically India should get pummelled by Pakistan.

Pakistan to post 200+, make it 250 or more if Afridi gets going.

Salman Butt should be in the runs, a cricketer I rate very highly.

Why not? He has an exceptional List A record, and unless I'm mistaken can score at a pretty quick rate.

You'd need more than a couple early wickets to stop Pakistan from dominating this match, a few more maidens would do it.
