I don't see Kenya anywhere near the top. Bangladesh may spring a few surprises, as mentioned here.

Also, I think most teams will send a near full-strength side.

The supposeded theory that small teams have more of a chance in 2020 is crap imo.

2020 reduces the the margin of victory in games, but i think the minnow teams will fair a lot worse in twenty20 than in ODIs because there batsman just aren't going to score enough runs quickly and the bowlers will be absolute fodder.

Do not agree with your theory at all:
1. The only "big team" not to have any of there best players in the squad so far are india whr the big players have opted out from playing. So they must be taking it pretty seriously.
2. Kenya do not stand a chance as others have said bangladesh maybe... if they have a good day in all thr matches n th teams hav a worse than average day.
