Peak Jimmy and it isn't even close. Boult has never displayed that same command of accuracy and movement. He can find it now and then while in the midst of a good spell, but Jimmy of the last ~5 years or so can literally make the ball do whatever he wants it to do. Barely bowls a bad ball.

Anderson just, but he's probably England's greatest test bowler since Bob Willis.
Boult is the worst specialist bowler in the NZ team, and only the 3rd best currently from Northern Districts.

Both bowlers have destroyed India's batting line up many times. Comparison was because they are similar type of bowler (swing bowler)
