I think it was a bit shaky, there were quite a few edges or hit&hope feel shots, although the situation definitely makes much greater than Stokes'. Lara's masterpiece was much more in control I feel barring the drop at the very end. He also faced McGrath and Warne even though it was at home, which is why I rate it higher.
I don't think it was a shaky inning ,

On the attack, I would rate Steyn, Philander, Rabada and Olivier in SA just over McWarne and Gillespie in WI, especially given Warne wasn't bad but legit horrible by any standard that series. Agree with the rest somewhat.
Steyn wasn't Steyn by then though, even philander was quite done. Rabada was great yes

Yeah, but Australia was also hard carried by McGrath. Gillespie and MacGill were good, but Warne's series was the worst by any ATG ever. Think with the pitch assistance (Steyn was quite done for, but Philander was still a beast there), will give it to SA just.

I'd add in Colin Cowdrey's 102 (247), just the context of everything, 1-1 draw, he was a debuting batsmen in that series and was only 23, debuting in a high profile away Ashes, pitch was utterly unplayable and the attack was Lindwall/Miller/Archer/Benaud/Johnston, very preassure situation and he made that hundred, the rest of the English Batsmen made 80-9 combined, even though he made a ton and there were 9 extra, England were out for 191. Bill O Reilly rated it as the Greatest inning he ever saw anyone play.

that was, infact, Colin Cowdrey's first hundred.

Curious to know what is the fastest delivery bowled by vaas? He is bowling all the delivery at 120-125 kmph.
Sri Lanka brought in Dhammika Prasad next match and immediately he was hitting 145 clicks. Gambhir and Sehwag were hopping around in that 3rd test.
