When is CW changing to xenforox

There's no definite plan but it was briefly discussed late last year.

vBulletin 4.x is still a solid piece of forum software and seems to suite the needs of the CW community so there's no rush either way really.

I'm a big fan of vBulletin. I had a look at the alternatives and I came to the conclusion that it's pretty sad vBulletin seems to be on the way out (through mostly of its own doing, tbf). For as long as vBulleton 4.x remains stable with supported security updates I'll continue to recommend it, unless of course the alternatives improve in unexpected ways.
