Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
After watching and getting some screenshots of shall we say... interesting banners from some videos, I've decide to put them all in one place where you can talk about banners you've seen or remember, and perhaps talk about why they went away after being very popular on at least Australian grounds from the seventies to the nineties.

The first one that stuck out was this somewhat racist and wonderfully dated one from Adelaide in 1984/85. Needless to say there wasn't much busting going on as the West Indies won by 191 runs.

India once again performing to their usual standard outside Asia at the time:




Peter Toohey's fans seemed less than impressed with his 6th test performance in 78/79:

There were competitions at times, and from the same test as the Slats one above, the match fixing scandal and general attitudes gave these rather nasty ones, featuring the required Toyota logo:

Did Dodemaide have a bit of a fan club down there in Victoria? Seems like the type that might.
