How is the voting being carried out for this draft?

With 16 teams I believe it would be better to have either a

- group of 4 teams each with top two moving in to the next round or
- have a knockout (one v one) format right from the beginning.

Having to choose top 3 sides (the traditional way here in drafts) out of 16 would be a huge task for voters.
