Stumped!

AXI are cruising this. 117/3 in 13, only need 53 more in the back 7. Ghani's had a great game, 2/15 in 3 overs to go with his 50. Sampath and Yiu bowled better than their figures suggested. Yiu got his revenge on Rusty in his 2nd over by clean bowling him, but as still gone for 40 overall in his 3, while Sampath has gone for 28 despite an avg ball quality of 8.4!

We've just dismissed Winton, but Dee is looking comfortable. Can't see us turning this around. We would have liked to chase on this wicket as well. Quite flat, 170 is probably just about par.

Dominating performance against JoJo today. More aggressive batting played out well but the bowling deserves the accolades; Burger ripping out middle order and the rest all contributing at important stages. Thanks for the game @JOJOXI.

66* (37) is excellent from Dee, spiting his limited aggression. That'll secure him a spot in my T20 XI to start S30 (once the bugs get ironed out...). Very fun game & chase, nice cameo from Dan Rowan also.

After a couple of good seasons Tigwell the wk that has made such a difference to the TMOs is being asked to move on. Unfortunately the young Mthombeni needs to be given maximum game time and their is concern among management that coaching staff will continue to pick Tigwell (see Moneyball!) So to get rid of temptation Tigwell has to go. Also, after leading the team successfully into the second division Sree is also being asked to move on, looking towards the future as Kock will be leading from here in out. Hoping both of them find great homes in the stumped universe!

Comprehensive 9-wicket win for FHK! Bowled the Astrounauts out for 137 in pretty good batting conditions, and without LOY! Chung then hammers 68* opening, while young TTC continues to acquit himself well at senior level with 47 off 40. Another outstanding performance from the all-Cantonese XI. Bodes well for the future. Cheers for the game @Marcuss

Onto the ZCC vs FHK 2nd XI game, and ZCC are in a bit of trouble after being sent in to bat first at home. 67/4 in 19.1 overs. They're the ratings favourites thanks to their superior batting strength, but Bikswing Nouding (7-1-20-3) is tearing through that in helpful conditions.

Are you sure this is the way to go? - leading with your Kock can lead to some dangerous knee -jerk decisions

The second match of the day this time at Moo CG.

GG have rested Bram Human and RDV, along with the two express fast bowlers, Ijaz and Xenos. Peter Sutherland misses out again for the second match in a row, his replacement Tony Watt gets another opportunity.

Bram & RDV out, Mandhatri and Oxley in
Ijaz and Xenos out, Plaatjies and Aylmer in

For Mooo, we have rested Zach Truman and Tom Toogood.

Truman is replaced by the specialist keeper, Alex Hayden...Toogood makes way for Jamil Gul. We'll be having some of his nippy offies today.

Mandhatri goes for a painful 4 off 21 balls. I don't think he's got what it takes to represent GG CC.

I'll put him for sale soon. His defense is his biggest problem.

Since the loss of Mandhatri's wicket GG have amble on to 94 for 1 after 20 overs, skipper Levy is on 55 off 64, and Robin Oxley is on 33 off 37. I am really impressed by this youngster so far in his career in the GG setup.

Tony Watt is playing a terrific knock here.

Coming in at number 7, he's given this innings the kind of impetus to get to a comfortable total. He's 37 off 18, GG 211 for 5 after 43 overs.
It was a good decision to play him ahead of Peter Sutherland :)

Moooo are chasing 247, and so far have lost 2 wickets with 49 on the board. The skipper, Meyiwa is at the crease on 30 off 35, while Mike Warfield has just joined him...so far 0 off 1 ball.

Cornelius Human has picked up both wickets to have fallen, Bart Way (17 off 35) and Aat Bernstein (2 off 7)...he's been impressive so far with figures of 2 for 12 off 3 overs.

At the halfway stage, Mooo is making a chase out of this. Warfield is doing Warfield things (he's Moo's version of Bram Human), along with his skipper has added 76 for the 3rd wicket so far...

122 needed in 144 balls. Still anyone's game to lose.

Cornelius Human is single-handedly bowling his side back into this game. He's just picked up his 5th wicket and leaves Mooo with 38 to get in 9 overs...and 4 wickets in hand.

Ohhh **** this is going down to the wire. A run out from Cornelius Human ends Kurupath's stay in the middle. That's the 8th wicket down for Moo. They are bottling this!
