Squad for NZ/England Series?

What would you squad for the one-day series against England be.

Mine would be the same as the VB Series squad except Nevin for McCullum and Yovich for Styris.

Personally i'd persist with McCullum, and Mills for Styris (if fit). However what about the tests? Who will open with Richo and who will partner Cairns Bond and Vettori in the attack?
