Yes. If the word “overruled” is added to a thread title in brackets and the thread moved to a different forum they should collectively be chased naked through the streets by dogs.

**** me no - if a sovereign state like the UK thinks it shouldn't be held to its obligations wtf should forum moderators not be able to act unreasonably, capriciously and with flagrant disregard to their obligations whenever it suits them?
