He was a tier below Kallis, Sangakkara, Ponting against pace. That’s why he wasn’t rated as highly as them.

I still think he’s a great player around the same level as ABD and Root though.

Younis is about the same level as Amla for me. might be same tier as ABD and Kohli but inferior for me, not even close to Root/Ponting/Dravid class.
