True, plenty of injuries and a lot of hot air, but he backs up his hot air. Look at his stats:

(6 ball overs) Mat O R W BB1 BB2 Ave Econ SR 4w 5w
120 934.4 4286 186 6/16 5/19 23.04 4.58 30.1 4 3

Now lets compare these stats to the #1 McGrath:

(6 ball overs) Mat O R W BB1 BB2 Ave Econ SR 4w 5w
201 1756.4 6795 306 7/15 5/14 22.20 3.86 34.4 8 7

McGrath's average is just slightly better than that of Akhter's and Akhter's strike rate is better than Glenn. Of course, GM is awesome in econ rate.

why did u compared their ODI records not test records not a true indication of their ability. Here is there test records:
McGrath's (106 Matches)
O M R W Ave BBI 5 10 SR Econ
4125.1 1241 10309 481 21.43 8-24 25 3 51.4 2.49

Ahktar's (36 Matches)
O M R W Ave BBI 5 10 SR Econ
1064.2 183 3569 144 24.78 6-11 11 2 44.3 3.35

McGrath average is better and so is his ECO 8-) , but Ahktar has a better S/R. All in all i think it shows he is not that far behind the best fast bowler, so therefore not really overated.
