The England-NZ series decider was a superb finish. Disappointing to come out on the losing side, but a great effort nonetheless.

Mozambique Women just made 17 against Rwanda with a top score of 10 by extras (7 wides) and the highest scoring batsman making 3.

And another 17, by The Country Formerly Known As Swaziland against Zimbabwe.

Eswatini ?? mustered 19 today against Rwanda. How that’s helpful for either side is beyond me.

Is it fair to say this Aus women's team is an ATG sporting team, not just in cricket history? It's not like they're playing in a completely uncompetitive environment, even if they have resource advantages.

Well done to England for clinching the ODI series in another tense finish overnight. Disappointing to have lost multiple of these down-to-the-wire games over the last week or so, but I hope it's not too optimistic to conclude from this series that we're narrowing the gap on England a bit overall? Especially with our gun bats Bates, Devine and Satterthwaite not contributing a huge amount.

Also notable that we didn't play our two best bowlers from our win in the previous game, Tahuhu and Penfold, in this one.

EDIT: Not to mention the fact that we were missing Amelia Kerr for the whole tour.

They might need those options if the frontline quicks are going to serve up so many short pies...
