Transfer Market Open.

ATM it will close on Sunday 16th December Midnight Sydney Time. But if we do have a fair bit of transfer activity there is the option of keeping it going until 23rd December.

Same rules as always even trading and the board has the option of cancelling any transfers that aren't fair.
