Philander is great value even if he isn't taking wickets. Pressure from one end makes Steyn and Morkel that much more effective.

Gurkeerat Singh and S Aravind are the only new faces. Shami still not fit?

A bit bittersweet that Jadeja has been dropped. I'm a huge fan of his and feel that, when he's in form, that he's a fantastic fit for the ODIs and T20 sides, especially in the subcontinent. But his form has been patchy, and some domestic cricket could do him some good. Hope he comes back stronger.

Gurkeet Singh and S Aravind are both very interesting. Doubt they will get a game.

Good to see Ishant being kept away from LO.

Shami still injured I think. But Bhuvi/Yadav/Mohit make a good enough ODI attack already.

With Ishant out, I only hope that Aaron doesn't play in the first test. Kohli has a knack of playing Aaron in the first test of a series...did it in SL, Bangla and Aus

Albie back in the t20 squad, replacing the injured Wiese.Ive always been a big fan and would love to see him in India next year, but he's 34,would have thought they would have moved on to a younger player, even some like Robbie Frylinck who is long overdue a shot at T20Is.Also,Rilee out of the ODIs,Zondo in.

The conditions for T20 should suit SA pace bowlers...India have only 2 - Bhuvi and Binny :p
