One new face in Cricket Web XI squad

Despite his struggles in the longer form of the game, Neil Pickup has been retained as captain for the upcoming World Twenty20. He heads a squad of 14 players, bearing a lot of experience. The only new face in the squad is Andy Maina, whose bowling in the inaugural Cricket Web Twenty20 Cup has gained him notice.

Dan Smith has been included despite his temperamental reputation, while CW Black teammate Dave Richards adds a second spin option behind his captain, Pickup. After being overlooked for the Test team, David Kearsley makes a return to international cricket in this, the shortest form of the game.
