Impressive win for Jersey against Honkers. I see that Atkinson wasn't playing for Hong Kong though, which is bound to make a difference - but surely not the sort of difference visible in this match. I guess that just underscores the greater likelihood of shock results the shorter the format.

I notice the Afghnistan v UAE match had a couple of deliveries of Mohammed Shahzad (UAE) bowling to Mohammed Shahzad (Afghanistan). Anybody remember another international with two players with the same name facing each other?

Cant recall. I doubt USA's debutant AAA Amsterdam is going to run into that problem though.
Alex Adrian Anthony Amsterdam is an A-mazing name.

Tremendous. He appears to be a lower-order batsman who doesn't bowl, so expectations are high for him.

95/5 after 16 is rather pants from Ireland. Chance of a big upset here.

Starting to pull away a bit now. Not the right time for an 8-ball over from the Americans.

This is a sodding brilliant finish for Scotland v Afghanistan. 15 an over needed for the last few but they've been getting them. 58 needed from the last 4, Mommsen 37 (17)
