Nepal needed 10 wins out of 11 matches to qualify. And they won 9 out of 10. Today's match against UAE is almost like a final. And would you believe it, it is a full house at the stadium. Can't see such a crowd even in most grounds in India.

And UAE is giving a good fist of it, scoring 310 in their innings. Should be an exciting chase for Nepal if they do it.

Nepal have made a good fist of this chase but I reckon that's done with Aarif out. Asif Khan definitely the difference.

Holy ****ing ****, they won! :toot:

I've really enjoyed riding this train. I reckon I'd cheer them on against any team in the world right now.
Yeah terrific comeback, only and major sad part being them doing it on the back of Lamichchane. But kudos to them. To get 10 out of 11 in such a competitive league was never easy.

The only thing I can think of is that he wanted to save Zahoor until the end but then he bowled him anyway. Basically cost his team the match.

UQE purposely bowled slowly because they were ahead on DLS before the waseem over apparently.
Yes. It seems they still had 10 overs to bowl after 4 hours for the innings has been done. Did Field changes, injury changes etc to delay and win on DL. It came back and bit them on the ass. And karma that the DLS score changed lead from uae to nepal after the uae captain waseem's over who was at the forefront of the unsuccessful manipulation.
