Is Batsman out if ball hits on falling stump?

Dharmasheelan

On our last cricket match, strike batter hit the ball and tries to score a single run.

while they try to score a run, fielder throws the ball on non-strike end and bowler tries to catch and hit the ball on stumps but he missed the ball but knocks the stumps without ball... a stump started to fallen....

Again Unfortunately ball came back from bowler hand and hits on the falling stump (not yet completely fallen 20% only, the ball hits the stump before it fallen completely into the ground),

Also batsman not yet popped the crease.

Is this consider as OUT or NOT OUT?
