Imagine If.....

Think we should just play on actual roads, I mean we talk about it enough. Would be interesting to see how supposed flat track bully's dealt with M25 conditions.

Think a very interesting change would be playing on uncovered pitches again, would be interesting to see how quickly and how much the balance between bat and ball would change.

What if there was a "one hand and the whole team's out" rule?

More low team tallies but more dropped catches IMO

A lot of boring, defensive cricket where noone risks hitting the ball in the air.

What if all Test cricket was played at Headingley in April/May?

'One hand, one bounce' would be interesting. Spinners would get tons of wickets.

Regarding Goughy's point about home Test teams having to draw their players from within 100 miles of the ground, Bangladesh would fly up the world rankings.

Imagine if there were no stumps in cricket like in baseball and there were only 9 forms of dismissal with bowled excluded.

Imagine if... fielders could "psyche" out the batsman during the actual ball beng bowled, including the run-up.

Imagine if... Sachin Tendulkar never existed. Would India just be worshipping another of the current bunch of player, but just one with an inferior record? Do the Indian public need a cricket player to worship?

Dravid would have been huge, as would Sehwag. Sehwag wouldn't exist without Tendulkar existing though.

Imagine if...Bangladesh and Zimbabwe didn't have test status.

That's right - things would be A LOT BETTER.

No they would not....

People would be complaining about how West Indies and Sri lanka are not test class instead n00b

Miandad did tbh.
