I am liking everything he is doing so far. It’s so nice to have someone when actual international cricketing background in charge like this. Not the politicians and sons of politicians that fill up the ranks of the BCCI administrator class.

Things like day/night Tests are vital, and so are FC contracts but they’ve been languishing for years because the guys in charge don’t care or understand actual cricketing matters. I remember one relatively highly placed BCCI administrator once admitted that he had never watched a Test match in his life....
