I urge people to save themselves 6 minutes and not listen to this filth.

Revisionist nonsense - we can all pick a team after the fact. Moaning about Root and Woakes is futile, obviously they would enhance the squad but they are not there for valid reasons so no point bleating about it.

On paper the team we picked was solid and it simply underperformed on the day. Seems utterly bizarre to call Billings and Ali part timers when both have played in the previous 50 over series in the summer, so there is continuity within this format.

The nonsense about bowlers admonishing fielders needing to be fined or disciplined is the most absurd thing ever. It’s a natural reaction for a bowler to be upset when someone drops a sitter. In fact I would be more concerned about a bowlers passion if they didn’t react like that and simply shrugged it of as if it meant nothing that someone has just shelled a chance.

In the singsong voices of Mr. Lahey and Bubbles singing, ‘Propane propane’, both teams should rotate rotate.
