In the cases of draws after the end of the 1st innings, the games decided by the 1st innings results. Is there any problem about this system?

At the end of 1st innings, a result is still possible for both teams.

One team can declare on 0/0 and the game goes on.

Don't mess with the format.

The normal awards that everyone else has
The goal of 4/5 day cricket is to score more runs AND get the opposition out twice.

Making completed 1st innings a victory where there is currently no result would just result in incredibly boring batting for hours and hours.
