Determine ODIs balance point

srbhkshk

International Captain
At what year would an XI made of people debuting before that would be about the same strength as one made of the people debuting after that? (International Debut - any format, but take only ODI performances in accounts)

At what year (player I suppose) is the balance decisively shifted - both to the oldies and to the young guys?

I thought of asking the same for tests, but Bradman skews it too much.

The normal awards that everyone else has
Sachin Tendulkar played in more ODIs than anyone. If we use his debut year (1989) as the mid point, let's try and get two balanced sides:

1989 and pre 1989

M.Waugh
Tendulkar
Richards
Jones
Miandad
Dujon +
Kapil
Wasim
Garner
Ambrose
Qadir

1989 - 2017

Jayasuriya
Gilchrist +
Ponting
Lara
DeVilliers
Symonds
Klusener
Pollock
Donald
McGrath
Murali
