Darko's ACC Database

Maybe you could make it the 6 Australian teams, the 6 NZ teams and the 6 SA teams and make it a Southern Hemisphere league.

I was going to do it once but I couldn't figure it out.

I did try to make the SHCC update, however to make all the players from AUS, NZ and RSA english instead of their own nationality, it made the new international teams, made up of ex-English players, not all that strong. And also not many players in those international teams which creates a lack of depth. Anyway, I could try again. But I just have been mucking around with KentLad's 2005 update and made a new ACC database. Some things need to be fixed such as records (which i might leave blank) and general tinkering.
I also thought of making an International database including USA and other associate and affiliate teams. Plus a legends database but this is time consuming and time is not something i have on my side.
The update should be done in an hour or so from this msg being posted.
Thankyou.

All-New ACC!

Yes that's right, it's new and improved... Well not overly but it has changed. As I have stated before, I used KentLad's 2005 update database to create an updated ACC database. The teams are as follows:
Derbyshire - Sydney (NSW Blues)
Durham - Perth (WA Warriors)
Essex - Cairns (QLD Youth)
Glamorgan - Glenelg (SA 2nd XI)
Gloucestershire - Geelong (VIC 2nd XI)
Hampshire - Gosford (NSW Youth)
Kent - Brisbane (QLD Bulls)
Lancashire - Adelaide (SA Redbacks)
Leicestershire - Hobart (TAS Tigers)
Middlesex - Newcastle (NSW 2nd XI)
Northamptonshire - Rockhampton (QLD 2nd XI)
Nottinghamshire - Queenstown (TAS 2nd XI)
Somerset - South Perth (WA Youth)
Surrey - Subiaco (WA 2nd XI)
Sussex - Melbourne (VIC Bushrangers)
Warwickshire - Unley (SA Youth)
Worcestershire - Ulverstone (TAS Youth)
Yorkshire - Williamstown (VIC Youth)
The youth teams may contain players that are not all that young but the youth teams have only an overseas player that has played first class cricket. Plus Murray Goodwin and John Davison have had their nationalities changed to Scottish so they can continue to play for their state. I hope you all enjoy this update and feedback is appreciated.
NB - The database was done on the old magpie so bowling ability only goes up to 111 not 127. Also I still cant get bowling abilites right so if anyone can explain it to me so that I can change the abilites if need be, it would be greatly appreciated. e.g. if a bowlers ability is 79, what average does he achieve and so forth.
Thankyou everyone.

Even though other international temas will be made weak, you could encourage people who download the patch to avoid the international section.

I can make logo's for you if required.

Just a bit of an update on the situations concerning ICC database ideas. The squads for the Australian teams is about to be released so I might have to update the database. However the squads for the NZ and RSA teams are not finalised so I might wait on them, unless someone has a listing or I look at last seasons results.
Also I have just started creating a English Franchise league, inspiried by the RSA domestic scene. I have just used the names of the ODD English teams e.g. Warwicks=Bears, Middx=Crusaders. And some of each county have their original players but it is kind of mix up of the teams. Something different.

Okay, I now have four projects to atempt to complete. I will update the ACC database and any help is appreciated (stats, abilities etc.). I thought of using KentLad's latest update but the problem is each time one of his updates comes out, I will have to redo the ACC database and I lack time basically.
Thanks to musha_13 for the team lists for the NZ and RSA teams. That SHCC database is the next focus after my ICC franchise database. I have sorted out teams for them now I just have to actually do the swapping around.
Also, with the news of 4 more countries in the ICC affiliated members, I might attempt to make a world wide database. Only problem is finding squads for coutries such as Belgium, Jersey etc. But maybe musha_13's link might help with that. Thankyou all again for your help and support.

I'll have a look for those for you.

If you want, you just post the info you need and i'll try and find it. That's something I can do as seeing i just can't get the editing done.

Thanks musha for the squads for those members. Now for the squads for the current Test nations I am not sure how many to add to a squad. I usually work around 20 per squad so maybe 22 or 24.
I have almost finished my franchise database and then I will work on the SHCC database.

Would you like me to get some squads together for the test nations?

I think I have to put the International database on hold because I was hoping to add as many teams as I could, including writing over counties like Dorset and MC Wales. But unfortunately, they are classed as International teams so I cannot change names and that's what I was hoping for. But I am about to start to gather info for the SHCC database.

If you give me the abbriviations you are going to give the teams, I will make logos and get ground pics.

SHCC Update

I have got the team lists and just have to convert (for lack of a better word) to the database. I almost have records done. The ground pics for each team should be fine, just logos for the NZ and RSA teams. I have the pics for the NZ teams but the RSA teams are harder to get. If musha_13 or someone else can help make the logos, it will be greatly appreciated. Below are the logos for the NZ teams.

Thanks musha for the logos. Now I may need grounds for these teams:
Auckland (AUC) - Eden Park
Otago (OTA) - Carisbrook
Titans (NT) - SuperSport Park
TAS - Bellerive Oval
Eagles (GE) - Goodyear Park
Northern Districts (ND) - Westpac Park
Warriors (MBW) - Mercedes Benz Park
Dolphins (KZN) - Kingsmead
Canterbury (CNT) - Jade Stadium
Wellington (WEL) - Basin Reserve
Lions (HL) - New Wanderers
Central Districts (CD) - Napier
WP Boland (WPB) - Newlands
Thanks to anyone that can help
