Good article, but didn't mention the other two big incidents of the Aus vs NZ summer. Medium pacer Lance Cairns no-balled for intimidatory bowling to Higgs in the land of Lillee + Thomson + Hogg. Greg Chappell refused to walk for an outfield catch and then both umpires say they didn't see it as they were watching for short runs. You can see why Benaud + Lawry and Ian Chappell etc lost faith in Greg Chappell's captaincy.
