Should be on the 15th, but the new season schedule isn't being made until the 11th so I'm not sure what will happen there.

Just read the website and apparently the cup draw suppsed to be out today.

Just re-read it, you're right, the cup draw is due to be released today, but since the guys who run the game are mostly from the UK (I think) it won't be out till later on tonight.
