That 9-11 are basically 3 number 11s..

- Name the Zim B XI number 6

Having such a long tail with Hondo or Strang at #8 would be so Unzimbabwean IMO. There are three pretty decent spinners in the top order, so I'm going to roll with more of a batting/allrounder option in the last spot (hopefully NUFAN lets us vote on whether he should bat ahead of Chakabva if he wins).

#6 - Mark Vermeulen
#8 (or #7 if we can swing it) - Travis Friend

Friend still provides a decide third seamer option (he was arguably ZImbabwe's fastest ever bowler when all the moons aligned) and he scored some serious runs in his few Tests too. He wouldn't have to always perform a specialist bowling role with Raza, Williams and Gripper in the side either.

Vermeulen v Wishart was tricky. I was going to go for the more stable guy bit went for who I thought was more talented and more suited to bat 6.

Im not prepared to swap Williams as he won that spot fairly. For the keeper spot I just originally asked to select a keeper so I just slotted him in the standard keeper 7 posi.

Also I assume you mean B Strang as opening bowler.

Fair enough. Can't deprive Williams of the spot he earned.

Edit - oops, yeah, Bryan Strang.

Yeah we voted on #5 and Williams won. We haven't actually voted on #7 yet.

Friend there.

Will vote on the rest when I'm home and can think about it properly.
