Why the hell is O'Donnell in contention for all time Australia XI? Entire AUS squads of 2003 and 2007 world cups were better than O'D
S/R of 80 in the 80s, hit huge 6s on big boundaries with small bat, revolutionised ODI bowling with slower balls. Played a key role in the shock 1987 triumph when on paper Australia was probably only better than Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka.

Mcdermott is quite under-rated here in CW in ODIs. Could get a place in the second team at least on merit. Pretty much led the attack ably till Mcgrath came in.
