Activity Check Sign in thread

You both know you're over 48 hours late for a 48 hour deadline, right?
Yeah I did realise that. Although I think a 48 hour deadline is certainly too harsh, especially for a sim that doesn't have matches that regularly....

Some clarification would be nice from the CWFA?? :) Are those players who signed in after the original 48hr deadline going to be penalised? If not, when is the official deadline? It would only be fair for the Captains to know seeing as players deemed inactive will not appear on the next rounds Team-Sheets?

Anywaym from my count the following players are still to sign in:

East Coast Fury
-Ian Markus

Northern Power
-Pete Young
-Andrew Cloete

Southern Stalllions
-Rich Hingston
-Rueb Verghese
-Dinu De Silva

Central United
-Sriram

Western Dynamo
-Nath Patrick
-James Malthus

Island Swell
All Players signed in

Imo Patrick could be excused seeing as he was active up until the day before the activity check, and his reason for absence is well known. As for the others???

BARNES OUT
Pretty sure Sriram's got some form of schooling commitment or even a holiday. Not to clear but he's usually online a whole lot and hasn't been for the best part of a week.

The fact that he's been active throughout the season should be enough imo...

EDIT: Actually, thinking of wrong person...

Last CW Football post i could find was in December?

EDIT x 2: Ahh, i was wrong again, last time Sriram posted in CW Football was 14-01-07

I did send in email and tried to get his attention throughout the fourm. Its hasn't really worked, i think his lost interest TBH.

Andy just has period where he can't be found for a couple days.

I think if it's kept open for atleast a week, counting the original two days, and then kick out the players who still haven't signed in. That would be best IMHO.

Er, my computer's Power Supply Unit had gone for a toss, just got it replaced.

I'm excused, hopefully.

Sriram - Central United.

Thanks for that Clapo..

The Above players(With the exception of Patrick) will be given 24 hours to re-activate themselves before they are deemed inactive.. After which they will be replaced by regen players and penalised ability points upon their re-activation..

I think this is the fairest way for things to be done, considering i was shot down for the original 48 hour deadline...

Howler last posted in the results thread just three days ago. Everyone else hasn't posted for over a week at least - I'd say if they haven't posted for over a month already then just drop them.

Hmm a bit unfair to drop guys who have been posting regular, because they missed one thread. Most people don't really check the main form, just the CWPL, as Kennett pointed out before. I'm fine with Pete getting declared inactivity, but for Andy is a bit of a joke. As is for Dinu and James to get declared inactivity
