If we lose Markram should play the rest of the games.
Even if we don't lose Markram needs to play if only for his bowling. Without him there's only Duminy as to provide a handful of overs if it becomes necessary one, like in the case of the frontline bowlers not going so well (an all too likely prospect given that one of them is Morris...) and he's past it as a bowler.

The balancing act between youth and experience is an interesting one. Sadly South Africa is looking a bit long in the legs, but hopefully they can get through the tournament with just one more loss - the final v NZ.

What has duminy contributed in the first 2 games compared to markram that he deserves a third chance?
Duminy scored joint 2nd highest runs with Markram and was only player at a high s/r against Bang. He has done no better or worse than anybody.

What has happened to all the decent allrounders in South Africa? Everyone talks about the rain, quotas, dropped catches, another choke etc. for their loss to NZ in 2015, but the biggest problem was that AB had to bowl lots of overs.

It's been a problem for some time. Despite a long history of good allrounders there haven't been too many of late, and the lack of allrounders resulted in going with a strategy of picking a gun bowling attack who can contain teams and defend well so that the lack of batting depth won't get shown up. Unfortunately, that's all gone out the window with injuries to Nortje, Ngidi, and now Steyn.

Amla is the most overrated ODI batsmen in modern times, totally a flop in ICC events.

I really love Bumrah's action. It's as unco looking as a giraffe giving birth but somehow gives him good pace and control. So good to watch.
